Laura Sheets, partner at Liddle Sheets Coulson P.C., has two decades of experience fighting for the rights of victims of pollution and corporate greed.

Laura has been a constant advocate for thousands of people who have been damaged by a neighboring company’s emissions. She has secured compensation for nuisance damages and for loss in value to the homeowners’ property. Significantly, in functionally all of her resolved environmental claims, Laura has also been able to ensure that the offending polluters implement improvements to their operations. These improvements have resulted in decreased emissions from the polluters and have improved the quality of life for neighboring residents.

Laura has served as lead or co-lead class counsel in cases involving pollution of the air or water from numerous sources, including oil pipelines, manufacturing facilities, and landfills.
